"Walked into State Farm today to see if My husband and I could get better rates on auto and home insurance. Little did we know The insurance that we had would not have covered us properly in certain events in both auto and home ! We were underinsured and it was overpriced! Doug Sat down and took time to explain everything plus the best is we did save money on our auto insurance. So we have accurate insurance enough coverage and saved money! THANKS DOUG!!!!"

"Horrible agent from what I can tell. All my credit cards were compromised. so I got new ones, but forgot to change the auto pay in State farm app. for the first time ever my autopay didn't go through as planned. Been on autopay since I signed up years ago. Instead of reaching out to me and letting me know there was a problem with my payment, they decided to cancel my entire policy. House, autos, motorcycle everything. After a week they finally did reach out to let me know that there was a problem with the payment (which was easily fixed with the new card). But by then my policy had been canceled for a week. No notice, no warning, nothing, just canceled. Now I'm in trouble with my creditors because I have a lapse and coverage. that's a pretty piss poor way to handle a customer with no late payments, no miss payments, no speeding tickets, no accidents, nothing on my record. Absolutely no grace period whatsoever. I was canceled the second my autopayment didn't go through. To be fair I don't know if all insurance agencies and agents are this cutthroat, but one things for sure if you're a second late on your payment for any reason to LARRY ICE, STATE FARM Maplecrest road,fort Wayne Indiana your entire policies going to be canceled. If you are going to use him, I suggest setting up payments two to three weeks in advance of due date to avoid the problems I'm having right now."

"I got off work late and wound up calling their office literally three minutes before it closed. Courtney answered the phone and was very courteous and respectful. "I worked with Doug and he was a true money saver, my other insurance company was going to raise my rates over 200 per month with no accidents or tickets and would not give me an explanation they are also trying to make it tough for me to cancel my policy, I had to argue to get them to stop my autopay. Doug got me set up with a great price and great coverage!! I would recommend anyone looking for better price and coverage to reach out to him"
